25 km from Heraklion and only 2 km from the port of Hersonisos and about 700 m from the sandy beach of Hersonisos. Koutouloufari is a nice and picturesque traditional village which overlooks the Gulf of Hersonisos and Malia. The Villa is located at the edge of the Village by the olive groves. You will be overwhelmed by the fantastic panoramic view.

All necessary goods and services can be found in the Village, such as traditional coffee shops and very good taverns offering genuine Cretan food. For banks and extensive choice of shops or Restaurants, the guests will walk or drive to the Center of Hersonisos. Please note that the beach and the famous water-park "Star Beach" is just 5 min walk from the Villa.

Villa "ERATO" is perfect for families with children or people who like to spend a peaceful vacation, while they will have the possibility in a few minutes walk or drive to enjoy the intense life (day and night) of Hersonisos.
